Are you suffering from bladder dysfunction such as incontinence, needing to go regularly or waking during the night needing to go to the loo? Is there a feeling of heaviness down below?

Treatment may include one or more of the following:
  • Education on bladder and bowel habits
  • Bladder re-training
  • Pelvic floor rehabilitation
  • Breathing techniques
  • Abdominal muscle strengthening
  • Home exercise programme

All appointments are carried out in a private, secure treatment room. You will be treated with complete discretion and privacy throughout your session. You are most welcome to bring along a chaperone to any of your sessions.
